I don't talk to people about my medical care. I love the fact that Dr Aliotta either adjusts her bedside manner to match her patients, or less likely, she has the perfect attitude and uses the perfect level of medical vocabulary for me.

I love Dr. Aliotta, and as long as my appointment is early and I show up at least 15 minutes early everything happens quickly and efficiently. When I was leaving the admin staff were having a conversation with another staff member and didn't end the conversation or acknowledge me waiting, but they seemed to be annoyed by the conversation and had an apologetic ATTITUDE with me, which was appreciated, but they didn't actually apologize or even acknowledge the fact that they made me wait. I'm just saying this because it did happen, but I didn't care THAT much, as I said the admin staff were nice, and the wait was very short.

I am rating all marks Very Good as it never took place and it would be unfair to rank otherwise. I am working to change into a BCBS plan that will let me retain Dr. Aliotta as my PCP physician.

This visit was scheduled but didn't occur due to an error on my understanding of the Blue Cross Blue Shield menu options. Last year I was on BCBS Blue Advantage Bronze HMO and for 2022 I upgraded to the BCBS My Blue Health Silver 485. I assumed that Dr. Aliotta was in-network with the Silver network but was not which stopped my virtual appointment. I worked messages through your portal with Dawn, Sissy and finally Roberto Alcantara was brought Into the mix and assisted me In clarifying in Dr Aliotta's participating plans. It Is so damn confusing for me. I lost my job of over 30+ years to Covid19 and going to the Obamacare healthcare selection process Is just plain disturbing. Last year I went through a process of selecting Dr. Aliotta as my PCP and wanted to retain her services for 2022 and It was a shock to find out at the last minute that she was not In network with the upgraded Silver plan. Roberto explained that It Is usually a two year process for the office to consider and accept a new plan so I hope this happens for 2023. In the meantime I am attempting to go back to last year's BCBS plan so I can return to your facility. I had a prescription just run out and after already doing some bloodwork, Dr. Aliotta was kind enough to renew It. So I have already contacted my healthcare broker to get back to your facilities.

Dawn is a wonderful nurse. Most people don't realize that not only do the doctors and nurses see patients, they have to do paperwork, return calls, make calls to insurance companies, etc

I can't wait to find a new doctor now that I have better insurance. Awful communication skills throughout the entire practice and beyond rude behavior by the practice manager and other staff. Dr. Aliotta doesn't really seem to know what she's doing most of the time yet is reluctant to give requested referrals that other doctors have suggested. She likes to play prescription blackmail (threats to withhold necessary medications) to get patients to either take prescriptions she wants them to take or to have tests taken. Entire staff needs a big refresher course on the AMA Principles Of Medical Ethics.

No mask on registration staff who assisted me. She was also eating. I find this very unprofessional. Additionally she was not very friendly. This was the case both at lab day and also appointment day.
