Everything was Covid safe. Staff was friendly and courteous. Wait time was very good at each step of the way. Dawn; friendly, professional and advised me of the wait time. Dr. Aliotta; Very approachable, friendly, spends quality time to address concerns. Seeks to understand.

Dr. Aliotta as stated before, you might as well have an exceptional button. She was professional but showed genuine concern and addressed every question I had and I was not rushed. Very attentive.

I wasn't aware of the new process to electronically send new prescription. if lady at exit would have explained this to me I would have been able to ensure pharmacy in profile is correct. due to this miscommunication prescription was sent to former pharmacy. she was also rude and seemed inconvenienced by my questioning of the new process.
