Dr. Paul Smith was excellent! My husband and I were looking for a new doctor after moving from Kilgore, Tx to San Antonio and we found an excellent doctor in Dr. Smith. He was the answer to our establishing a new physician's in San Antonio.

No hello, good morning, or any personable exchange. I was standing at one window (both were without staff). When staff member approached her chair, she said, "I'm at this window" in a curt manner. I told her my info and that I had checked in online. Very strange interaction and seemed unprofessional. Also, she had face masks hanging by her, but she was not wearing a mask. This made me uncomfortable. if she is unable or refuses to wear a mask, the front check in window seems the wrong assignment for her.

I didn't have to wait very long to be called in. The Nurse was friendly. Dr. Smith is very easy to talk to and explains everything while going over my charts. Feel lucky that my husband and I have him as our Doctor.

I assume the online check and appointment confirmation speeds up/cuts down the wait time. I showed up 15 minutes early checked in at the front desk and almost immediately was met by a nurse or technician and the process started. No wait time and the nurse or technician was almost immediate to start updating my records in the exam room and preparing me to see Dr. Smith. Wow! great service.

The staff in the registration area seem to be impersonal - just doing their job, but with no warmth.

She was very nice. I know Gina is out on medical leave, but Irma was only there for a short time. I really liked them both. Personally, I feel like the staff has so many demands put in them to perform, the personal factor has gone out the window! Dr. Smith seems to be the only person who takes his time and is interested in me.

I love Dr. Smith! I have several health issues and he seems to be my compass in advising and guiding me through the maze of possible solutions. I totally trust him.

Again, I highly recommend Dr. Paul Smith. This survey and the patient portal are perfect examples of how little I feel valued as a patient. The human interaction is missing. it's more like a horse race from the time I walk in the door until I finally get to see Dr. Smith. I believe it was Zig Ziegler who said, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care".

This was my first visit and I had to wait almost two months to get an appointment When I finally got to the office it was a delightful experience.

Dr. Smith isn't taking new patients so I don't recommend him. I would if he did. Since I'm not familiar with the other doctors in the office, I can't recommend them.

when calling, you cannot get to talk with a person directly. Leave a name & phone number and we will call you back. It may be hours before a call will be returned.
